Information regarding our practice

With what type of questions can you approach us with? Color Your Life offers general life coaching and specialized HSP coaching for adults & children who have questions concerning their mental health. For example:

Difficulties to speak up for yourself or to set boundaries
Stress complaints, overstrung and burn out
Overthinking or excessive worrying
Difficulties in coping with your emotions
Preventing overstimulation, how to deal with stimuli and preventing under stimulation
Discover whether you are highly sensitive and how this is manifested
Being able to use your sensitivity as a quality (in work and/or private related situations)
Guiding you in reaching your goals in your work and/or private life

Working method

Before starting the program, we will meet via a free introductory call. If we both feel comfortable with each other and decide to proceed with the program together, we will plan the intake session. During this session we will start with further acquaintance and an extensive intake. We will be discussing your situation, look at your needs, give form to your objectives and decide the follow up program. Your program ends when you have reached your goal and/or found an answer to your question. We will reflect on your progress and look at whether you need more help or assistance with your situation in the future. One session usually takes up 60 minutes. We can mutually decide whether we want to adjust this time frame. When one session takes longer because of certain circumstances, then this extra time (after mutually deciding) will also be charged. After mutual decision that the session ends earlier and this has not been discussed 36 hours before the session, the fully planned session will be charged. Costs

One session (60 minutes) costs 116 euros for individuals. This is a discount rate incl. VAT. The rate for business customers is 169 euros (excl. VAT) per session of one hour.

Reporting

Reports will not be published to others without your explicit permission.

Cancelling meetings

We kindly ask you to cancel an appointment at least 36 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. When changing or canceling the appointment within these 36 hours prior to the appointment, we will charge 50% of the scheduled session. After all, this time is reserved for you. When canceling or moving appointments less than 1 hour prior to the appointment, and in case of no show, we will charge 100% of the scheduled session.

Online coaching

Online coaching through a video call is also a possibility. If you cannot make it to the meeting physically, then we can always change it to an online meeting. The costs will remain the same.

Privacy policy

Color Your Life follows the laws and regulations that apply to the privacy policy. We will of course take care of your data carefully. You can read in our privacy policy how this is done.

Complaint procedure

If you have any complaints, we ask you to contact your coach and discuss your complaint, in the first instance. If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been taken care of, then you can contact Color Your Life in the second instance. If you are still not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, and your coach is affiliated with NOBCO, you can contact the complaints commission of the NOBCO.

International Ethical Code

The coaches that are affiliated with NOBCO, work according to the International Ethical code of conduct of the EMCC (Global code of Ethics). They can subject themself to the NOBCO complaints procedure when there are any complaints.
